Vintage 1970’s Trunk Up Happy Go Lucky Elephant Figurine In A Brown & Orange Drip Glaze Cold Painted Big Eyes and Tusks Such a happy elephant, it measures 9″ long and 6″ tall Made from ceramic it has a brown with orange drip glaze. Unmarked as who the artist or company that make it. I don’t think it is a hobbyist piece because the glaze is inside the legs and it isn’t signed. It doesn’t have the clunky feel that a hobbyist piece has. Vintage displayed condition It is free from chips, cracks or repairs. It is heavily crazed. It has been sitting on the shelf for many years so it needs to be cleaned. I did a light clean with a damp cloth but I didn’t want to damage the cold paint more that it is. The cold paint on the tusks and eyes has some color lose and cracking
