This is a vintage Himark hand painted terra cotta platter or chop plate. It is glazed white and hand painted in bright blue, yellow/orange, red ,and green with flowers, apple, pear, and either tomatoes or strawberries. The platter is 11 7/8″ wide. There is hand painted trim on the rim of stripes in green and blue. It is not signed or marked. Himark produced these in Portugal in the 1990s. I also have dinner and salad plates in this pattern. The platter is in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks, but there is a glaze color skip on the rim.
