Atlantis Oracle Three 10″ Woofer & 12″ Passive Refoam Kit This kit will fit the Atlantis Oracle Three speakers. Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers and two (2) passives: Refoaming Instructions Two 10″ Foam Surrounds for the woofers (F10-10) Two 12″ Inverted Foam Surrounds for the passives (F12-2) Shims For Centering the 1.5″ Voice Coils for the woofers. No shims or dust caps needed for the 12″ passives Two 3.75″ Felt Dust Caps for the 8″ woofers only 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (Dries Clear) It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. We are a repair shop and use these parts everyday. 10″ Woofer Dimensions: A – Outside diameter of the surround = 9.75″ B – Roll ends = 8.75″ C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 7.75″ D – Inside diameter of the surround = 7.125 12″ Passive Radiator Dimensions: A – Outside diameter of the surround = 11.5″ B – Roll ends = 10.5″ C – Roll starts / O.D. of the cone = 9.5″ D – Inside diameter of the surround = 9″ Both surrounds have a flat attachment to the cone.
